When does Suwannee Lights start?

Suwannee Lights starts on November 22, 2022 through December 31, 2022

Where is the entrance to Suwannee Lights?

The entrance to Suwannee Lights is at the Spirit of the Suwannee’s Festival Entrance located at 9379 County Road 132, Live Oak, Florida 32060.

What time do the Gates open for Suwannee Lights each night?

The Ticket Booth opens at 5:45p each night and the Suwannee Lights Gates will open each night at 6:00pm and will close each night at 10:00pm local time.

What if I arrive at the Park’s Main Gate?

Guests arriving to Suwannee Lights off of Highway 129 at the Park’s Main Gate, will be re-routed to enter the Park at the Festival Entrance. Only guests who have purchased packages will be allowed to enter the lights through the Main Gate.

How much does it cost at the Gate?

Suwannee Lights is free to children under 3 years of age; $2 for children 3 to 12; and for everyone else on Sunday through Thursday $10 at the Gate – Buy in Advance $8; Friday $12 at the Gate – Buy in Advance $10; Saturday $15 at the Gate – Buy in Advance $12. All prices are per person. Check out our website at www.SuwanneeLights.com. If you buy online in advance you will save money!

Do I need a Car Pass?

Yes, car passes will be required each night of the event. Saturday nights are peak nights. We have instituted a car pass to track how many car passes have been issued. If you plan to arrive Sunday-Thursday, no advance reservation is required. See Buy Tickets and/or Car passes for more information.

How do I rent a Golf Cart to drive through Suwannee Lights?

If you would like to rent a golf cart, you must tell our helpful traffic wrangler that you wish to rent a golf cart. You will be instructed to park your vehicle in a designated space, then walk up to the ticket booth. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and must sign a rental contract. Please present a valid driver’s license at the Gate. The cost of the Golf Cart rental is $25 for each hour. Golf Cart rentals are first come first served. We do not rent carts after 9:00pm each night.

What if I want to bring my own Golf Cart?

You may bring your own Golf Cart to drive through Suwannee Lights. But you must pay a Trail Fee and present proof of insurance and a valid Drivers License. Only Park Members enjoy free Trail Fees. Trail Fees for non-Park Members are $30 per day.

How do I book a Trolley Ride?

To book a Trolley Ride please call the Spirit of the Suwannee at 386.364.1683 to book your ride. Our Customer Service Representatives will have a schedule of six to fourteen time slots available each night. Please inform our helpful traffic wrangler that you have booked a Trolley Ride and they will instruct you to park your vehicle in a designated space and to walk to the Ticket Booth to register your party for the ride. All guests will need tickets. The last Trolley Ride is scheduled for 9:00pm. The Trolley will hold up to 12 adults. We have 2 Trolleys available to run at a time. The Trolley will bring guests back to the front entrance to retrieve their vehicles.

Do you offer GROUP Discounts?

Yes, we offer a group discount with the purchase of a Trolley, when you have 10 or more members of your party who purchase the tickets in the same transaction.

Group Discount on Sunday – Thursday is $4 per person.

Group Discount on Friday – Saturday is $5 per person.

Are you doing the hot chocolate and cookies?

Santa’s Goodie Shoppe will be open in the Santa’s Village with Hot Cocoa and Marshmallows for roasting around the campfire for a nominal fee. You will be able to purchase ice cream and more snacks there as well. The Sweet Shoppe will be open from 6:00pm – 10:00pm each night.

What Entertainment will be offered?

There will be a number of entertainment options offered during Suwannee Lights this year including Christmas decoration making; singing around the campfire; wood carver demonstrations and more.

Can we get out and walk through the Suwannee Lights?

Suwannee Lights is a drive-through Christmas Lights display. You may NOT get out of your vehicle through the drive. However, we do have a walk-through portion of Suwannee Lights set up at the end of the drive. There you can park your vehicle, walk through Christmas Lights in the Amphitheater and visit Santa’s Village.

Can I bring my Pet?

Pets are welcome as long as they are on a leash and under your control at all times. Pet owners must present proof of anti-rabies vaccination in order to bring in their pet and sign a form. If you want to bring in your pet, please Park, bring your pet with you to the box office to fill out paperwork and provide a copy of the proof of vaccination.

If I have a reservation for a campsite, can I go through the lights for free?

No, a campsite reservation does not include tickets to the show. We offer Cabin Packages that include Tickets. 

What are the Country Store hours?

9:00am to 10:00pm everyday.

Will the SOS Café be open for Suwannee Lights?

Yes, the SOS Café will be open for Lunch and Dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Busy Bee Tickets?

Our partner Busy Bee is offering Busy Bee night at Suwannee Lights. On Tuesday nights, the Park will accept Busy Bee tickets to Suwannee Lights. Guests who purchase a 20 oz. Coca Cola Product and a package of Uncle Rays Chips at participating Busy Bee locations will receive a Busy Bee ticket to Suwannee Lights with their Purchase.
Busy Bee tickets are per person.

When will Snow Nights be?

Friday, December 30th will be SNOW NIGHTS from 5:00pm – 8:00pm. You do not need a ticket to Suwannee Lights to come to Snow Nights at the Park. You may enter the Park at the Main Gate on this night to attend Snow Nights.

Do you offer DISCOUNTED Tickets?

Yes, Park Members enjoy discounted tickets. We also have coupons available at local area businesses that are good for $2 off the online or gate price of an Adult Ticket, Sunday – Thursday. Guests 65 and older, First Responders, Members of the Military, and Healthcare Professionals will receive a $2 discount when they show a valid photo ID.

Are you offering Christmas packages?

Cabin Package $308.95– includes 2 nights in a cabin; a 2 day golf cart rental; and 4 tickets to Suwannee Lights. Sunday – Thursday.
